Dividido en 2 partes (arriba y abajo) con posibilidad de alquilarlo entero. Con hermosos jardines, mucha tranquilidad en un ambiente agradable y en contacto con la naturaleza. Un espacio regenerador para el cuerpo, el espíritu y la mente.

En 1979 se inaugura en Capileria, Granada, el Restaurante Casa Ibero, un romántico lugar de comidas que se alberga en una casa centenaria de La Alpujarra granadina y que conserva la rústica arquitecutra de la zona tanto en su interior como en su fachada. Esta era una iniciativa empresarial de la familia Ibero que hoy gestiona Montse Ibero y que ha pasado por una profunda transformación.
Esta joven cocinera, Montse Ibero ha dado un giro de 180º; a la carta de platos de su restaurante, con
su espiritu innovador en la gastronomía intentando cubrir las necesidades de un mercado en crecimiento. Ahora en la casa Ibero fusión se ha derivado a unos platos arábigos andalúces; asados con especias y salsas agridulces, platos vegetarianos con toques hindues y marroquies que también forman parte de la historia de La Alpujarra y que son una alternativa interesante en una comarca turística en la que es muy frecuente la presencia de extranjeros. Normalmente estamos abierto por la noche solamente.

The restaurant occupies a century old village house full of rustic charm and typical of the architecture of the region of "La Alpujarra" vernacular.
Initially a family enterprise, Montse Ibero has now transformed both the menu and the management style to make a contemporary and stylish eating house. The Casa Ibero Restaurant now well known for its innovative gastronomy and the menu reflects the Andalusian Arab influence in combination with those of both India and Morocco. These cultural influences resonate with the history of the Alpujarras and offer an intensity, alternative to the cosmopolitan clientele.
Here you will find Andalusian dishes with roasted spices and bittersweet sauces and vegetarian recipes with imaginative echoes of Arabia and the Orient.
